"The prototype has to be good, but the series has to be perfect."
We offer axle components ranging from simple to complex design, from short to longer pieces, using various material qualities, produced in medium and larger batches. We provide heat treatment and surface coating technologies through our cooperating partners. Depending on the manufactured quantity we use non-serial production cells or turner lathe lines. Regular mid-production measurements ensure the production of defect-less components in line with quality requirements.
Our specialty is the production of electric motor axles in large batches with special screw profile - even with non-polygonal profile and circular, grinded cross-sections. Technologies we use for axle manufacturing: Swiss type and revolver CNC turning, grinding and mangling. |

Our company introduced a high-quality technology in 2007 that is only used by a selected group of companies in Europe; as a result, the demand for our high precision axles is continuously increasing. With the help of this technology we can easily deliver the following technical parameters:
• non-polygonal profiles • circular shapes within a precision of 1 µm • Cpk > 1,67
What does this mean in everyday terms? It means an increasing component lifetime with a reduction of noise levels. |

One of our companys main profiles is the manufacturing of copper like components in medium and large batches. Our components (pressing nut, edge nut, adjusting screw, threaded stud, gas reductor axles, etc.) are produced on CNC and traditional longitudinal and turret lathe machines. We can also employ custom machines for larger (million) batches. |
|||
We also produce lining components for the automotive industry using CNC and traditional longitudinal disk lathes. We typically work with steel and extruded aluminium raw materials. Our batch sizes can vary from ten thousand up to several millions. Our lathe machines are fitted both with fixed and driven tools. |
|||
We produce sheet components using 10, 25 and 40 ton eccentric presses from 100 000 pieces per annum up to several million pieces. We have longer-term plans of purchasing higher-productivity press machines. In addition to pressing, this division is also involved in assembly and we also undertake pressing tool manufacture. |

We produce components at small capacity (1000-150000 pcs/year) on our NETSTAL 120 t finishing force thermosetting plastic die-casting machine. We do not plan on increasing our die-cast capacity, but we accept orders for this machine even for continuous production. |

With our gauge machine park we undertake
• the outline measurements of components with conturograph and with optical gauge machines |
